We are in the process of transitioning our gift store items into Tessitura to be sold, as we are having significant issues with our current point of sale partners. Can anyone who has done this previously share some best practices and tips on how to go about using Tessitura to sell gift shop items? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Just as a clarification point, we will not be adding items to TNEW - this is just for on-site sales.
