Thank you for this note, Chris.One question for you... what version do the scanners need to be on in order to work with the contactless scanning app?
I'm following the posted installation instructions, but many of the steps don't align with what I see on our scanners, so I'm thinking we may need to update our scanners first.

Hi Rachel,
I recommend working with Zebra to upgrade your scanners to whatever the most recent supported OS version is for the scanners you have - the version varies based on model - While we know the contactless scanning app works on the most current and many of the previous versions, we have had reports of older OS versions having issues. Upgrading to current has resolved the problems we've seen -
