Pop-Up Skill Builder: Composite Tickets

A composite ticket is used with packages to print one ticket per package seat with a barcode that can be scanned to validate entry and record attendance for all performances in the package. For example, when a constituent purchases a package containing 4 performances, instead of printing four separate tickets (one for each performance), you can print 1 ticket that can be used for all four performances. Composite tickets can be delivered digitally using an HTML template, and/or printed through a BOCA or Zebra printer.

Composite tickets are the perfect companion to admission flex packages, and can be used with any other kind of packages in Tessitura, too. Organizations wishing to optimize their flex package ticket printing, and those introducing flex packages for the first time as part of their re-opening strategy, will learn how to configure this easy, standard feature.
