Hi everyone -
How are people handling postponed concerts, outstanding tickets, and their fiscal year? Are you giving people a hard deadline to "do something" with their tickets?
Our fiscal year ends June 30th (eek!) and we are still hoping to reschedule some of our cancelled concerts. However, those rescheduled dates will be in our new fiscal year. Currently, we haven't given patrons a hard deadline of when they need to do something with their tickets. One of the options is to hold onto their tickets and those will be valid for the rescheduled concert. I already anticipate that fiscal year end is going to be a lot to sort through, and I would love to hear your thoughts on any new procedures you might be implementing under these unusual circumstances.
