Hello everyone!
Like many of you, we're exploring offering a partially digital season for next year. The upcoming TNEW advancements are SUPER exciting. Do any of you have streaming services that you're happy with? We are a producing theatre and there will be rights issues associated with the chosen productions so YouTube wouldn't be feasible but we're interested in hearing what other systems organizations are using.
Thanks!
Molly
We streamed a show we had to cancel mid-run and used Vimeo. This allowed us to set up a pay wall, bur also send free links to people who had sponsored the show. The links were also unique so that they couldn't be shared (and I believe we could see who had actually used their link to watch the show).
Via Vimeo, were the links unique? if so, what package/version of Vimeo do you have?
I believe the links were unique. Unfortunately, I don't know anything about the version we have. I'm happy to see if someone from our marketing team would be able to help you with that?
That would be awesome and appreciated as we are beginning to explore this using our Vimeo account.

We've started using Zoom with great success. We've run a few events via Zoom now and have just switched our Summer Camps to online versions that will also be run through Zoom.
We build and host our own website, so I was able to add Zoom integration as well. Our website automatically adds our customers (and collects their guest names and emails) and adds them all into the Zoom meeting or webinar during checkout so they all get the Zoom confirmation, and in our custom event web content screen in Tessitura I have a Zoom integration to let our Customer Service sync any missing emails.
