Hello everyone,
One of the challenges we're exploring in preparation for the museums' reopening is around our small capacity, times entry activities such as flight simulators. If we were to reopen these under social distancing measures we're likely to want to enforce only one family group in each time slot so, once a group has booked into a timeslot, we'd want to take the other tickets offsale.
Does anyone have a similar challenge and how are you approaching it? We'd ideally want the slot to be taken offsale as live to stop the ability for other groups to book the same timeslot.
Many thanks, as ever, for your thoughts and advice!
