With some venues having their season announcements move forward - I assume you have created a frequently asked questions document to go a long with in case people are feeling unsure about purchasing tickets. I have a list started but curious for those who have announced, are you getting any push back, feedback, or questions you are encountering that you didn't think of right away?

We posted a Subscriber FAQ on our website and sent it via email to all unrenewed subscriber in the hopes of giving them more confidence in their purchase, here's a link if you wanted to have a read: https://national.ballet.ca/Subscriber-FAQ
There are definitely people who are hesitant to purchase, but many have renewed so we're hopeful that next season will happen somehow.
