I know we have the ability to assign recipient names in the Tessitura application. If there becomes a mandate to be able to produce who is sitting in what seat, is there a way to make the process mandatory in the online purchase process?
I just duplicated this same question (SORRY). Not concrete answers yet to my post.
Additionally, hoping to be able to send email confirmations to owners/initiators AND recipients of orders! :)
