I have a list of customers from which I want to see how much money they still have in outstanding tickets for specific shows. These are people who bought tickets to these show, but have not asked for a refund or made the decision to donate the tickets back. We are speaking of future shows that are betting canceled.
I know how to say 'tell me the people in this list who purchased tickets to these specific shows', but I don't know how to specific that that purchased them and have not returned or donated them.
Can anyone help?

Ashley - could you run the event cancellation utility in review mode based on your list? I think this should give you the info you are looking for.
