Many of our box office team is working from home right now, some from Mac laptops. We issue e-tickets (using print-at-home-tickets). We are able to process orders and send tickets without a Null printer setup just fine but are unable to process exchanges since we have to manually "print" line items before using the "request reprint" button to prompt tickets for new line items to send. Is there any way to set up a null printer on a Mac?
