Reporting on Revenue Loss

Hi everyone!

As I'm sure we're all dealing with, the powers that be want to know where the money's going and they want to know now. I've seen at least one lovely dashboard, but it doesn't answer the two big questions I'm getting:
1. Are people choosing any of the non-refund options we gave them?
2. How many more refunds do we need to do?

I think I've got an answer - but I'd love some critique before I present it as usable. Rushing always leads to a mistake. So here's the .dash file -- let me know what you think! (Please note the as of numbers in the first two widgets are hard-coded - only way I could think of to work around the returned tickets issue.)
