Hope everyone is doing well under the circumstances.
We are trying to setup users to access RAMP on Chromebooks. Doesn't seem to be working. It never prompts to downlaod the Citrix receiver.

This just jogged my memory about having issues with using RAMP on an iPad, I think it was after one of the iOS 13 updates. We figured it out, but if you RAMP folks have put together anything about using RAMP on an iPad might be good to post it here.
I've successfully used RAMP to access Tessitura on my iPhone 7+ running 13.3 via the Citrix Workspace app in emergency situations a handful of times. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but it works in a pinch.
