Hi all,
Hope everyone is doing well under the circumstances.
We are trying to setup users to access RAMP on Chromebooks. Doesn't seem to be working. It never prompts to downlaod the Citrix receiver.

This just jogged my memory about having issues with using RAMP on an iPad, I think it was after one of the iOS 13 updates. We figured it out, but if you RAMP folks have put together anything about using RAMP on an iPad might be good to post it here.
Hi Henry,
As I'm sure you know, the Tessitura application requires the Windows Operating System for full functionality. But we understand everyone is making due with what they have right now.
We don't maintain specific instructions for iPads. We have seen members access the application via Citrix on Apple computers and other devices, though ticket printing, EMV/Chip and Pin software, and potentially other features do not work. The RAMP environment uses Citrix Workspace, which may be available for some tablets. Tablet users have reported a better experience using a stylus. Other differences noted include minor display and interface changes, depending on the exact workstation and application delivery method. Given the diversity of devices out there, it is difficult to ensure compatibility with all devices. If you can locate a version of Citrix Workspace in the app marketplace for your device, download and test whether it will work for you.

Yes, it wasn't about full functionality, but just convenience at the time. My recollection was it involved getting whatever Citrix-y thing that had gotten previously installed on there removed, then installing the current Citrix Workspace and navigating the "open in" dialog until Workspace came up as an option.
If you are trying to make citrix work on an iPad there is a feature of Citrix for iOS where you can turn your iPhone into a mouse pointer for your iPad.
"Wireless Trackpad lets you use a secondary iOS device as a remote trackpad to control apps or desktops on your primary iOS device. Both devices must have Citrix Workspace app for iOS installed. Pairing controls only Citrix Workspace app for iOS applications on your primary iOS device.
To enable Wireless Trackpad:
This pairing remains in place until you close the application on the primary iOS device.
The Caffeine function allows your iOS device to stay awake, even while not in active use. Tap Caffeine, then tap Stay Awake to keep your device awake. By default, this option is turned off to conserve battery life."
There is also the x1 mouse. https://www.citrix.com/products/citrix-mouse/support.html
