Hope everyone is doing well under the circumstances.
We are trying to setup users to access RAMP on Chromebooks. Doesn't seem to be working. It never prompts to downlaod the Citrix receiver.

We had users on Chromebooks for a short time using Tessitura - it is a little glitchy. We found it work best if users went to the Google store first and downloaded Citrix and then logged onto Tessitura. The first time they logged on it took a little time to load.
