Just a tip for folks that I think is going to come in handy for us in the long run.
I've backed up some key elements today in the TX_PERF_SEAT and T_SUB_LINEITEM table for the rest of the events we have this season into some custom tables before we do anything with Performance Seat Release, so depending how we refund/credit things, we will be able to go back and look at that snapshot for comparison.
