Thanks to Michelle in Support - I was getting an error trying to import orders:
The behavior you were seeing was that you were not able to use the order import utility due to a permissions issues. We discovered that the utility will not run when logging in while using windows authentication. We removed that and entered a hard coded password. Once we had that in place, the utility ran for you. Remember that you will need to restore your kriostess\cinbuser## to revert to using windows authentication.
We cam upon this a bit back so I created a specific 'Import' user that I control that doesn't use window authentication. I find this to be easier than having to keep changing settings in security.
