Webinar: The show must go on, but at what cost to mental health?

Join us for our next DEAI Learning Series: The show must go on, but at what cost to mental health?

May 17, 2023 at 10pm BST | 5pm EDT | 1pm PDT | 7am AEST (18 May)

Industry statistics show that the arts sector has a problem with mental health. So how do we create a work environment that prioritizes equitable well-being? Our panel will discuss the different approaches their organizations are taking. We'll cover grassroots efforts, cross-organizational structures, and distributed affinity groups. You will leave with resources and ideas to make positive changes in your workplace.

Tessitura's DEAI learning series aims to elevate ambitious ideas and effective initiatives. We hope to inspire you to advance diversity, equity, accessibility, and inclusion in your own institutions and in the arts and culture sector.

This series of virtual events is curated by the Community DEAI Advisory Committee, comprised of 8 international individuals employed by an organization using Tessitura and five members of the Tessitura staff.

Presenters:

  • Beau Vigushin, Executive Director, Customer Experience, Arts Centre Melbourne
  • Caryl Jones, Tessitura Development Manager, Royal Albert Hall
  • Heath Wilder, Director of Customer Experience, Sydney Theatre Company
