Informational Interview - DEI

I'm doing some career exploration about DEI and Community Outreach. In this forum, I figured someone might have some advice and best practices to share with me. Would anyone have 30 minutes or so to chat? I'm interested in things like:

• How did you get into this role? 
• What advice do you have for somebody starting out?
• Knowing what you know now, what would you do differently?
• What are your key go-to resources? Where or who do you recommend I go to next?
