Be a part of our 2023-2024 Community DEAI Advisory Committee

Hello, friends! Our application period for our 2023 Community DEAI Advisory Committee is open! This advisory committee plays a valuable role in DEAI content creation for Tessitura events, participates in our affinity groups, monitors and responds to posts in the DEAI forum, and serves as a channel for feedback and communication between Tessitura and the community. 

For 2023, we will seat 4 new members on the committee to join 4 current members from our 2022 advisory committee. We are also looking for representation from Europe and Australia/New Zealand, as well (as part of the 4 new members).

Committee members serve a two-year term and are expected to:

• Attend four quarterly two-hour meetings per year
• Respond to group emails
• Participate in DEAI content curation and/or creation meetings, as needed
• Participate in Tessitura affinity groups, as a co-chair of a group or active participant
• Monitor the DEAI Forum and respond to forum posts
• Agree to and follow our code of conduct

Compensation for time and emotional labor will be US$500 per year, paid bi-annually. To learn more about the advisory committee’s aims and structure, please review our charter.
