Hello,
I was wondering if any other UK users had implemented allowing bookers to book their own access companions via their website? If so would you mind sharing any functionality you found useful, any obstacles you encountered etc.
We are looking at allowing known users to be able to book access companions via our website and are looking to use a constituency type to allow this. However as we are unable to set limits on ticket amounts there is risk involved if we opened this up to all, and not just known bookers. Has anyone else found a way around this?
Many thanks!
Hi Amy,
We have an Access Membership scheme. Once the patron has signed up to the scheme following submission of correct paperwork, we will use rankings within the constituent record to determine, what seats the customer has access to and if they need to have companion tickets how many. Email me if you want more information on our scheme and how we set it up in the platform - kevin.quilty@bhlive.org.uk.
Thanks,
Kevin
