We are embarking on a cross center visual description program for all programming (visual arts, film and performing arts) at the Wex. Could you share success and challenges that you have experienced? Where in the process did artists become engaged? Have you incorporated language into contracts with artists?

Hi both,
Not sure how helpful this is as the majority of our choreography is in house, but in our recent lockdown we had dancers with some available time for alt text on images and content. That was really helpful as they are the performers represented and have clear and accurate insights.
