Many grants are requiring arts organizations to create a diversity, inclusion and equity policies. Does anyone have a template or created such a policy for their organization. We have been doing board and staff bi-monthly workshops and just wrote a grant to get funding for a consultant, but would really like to get this document started. Any help appreciated.
