Hi all - sorry to bother you with what's hopefully a very quick question.
We've just added our first control groups to our configuration, due to the Development department joining Tessitura. However, our web developer is struggling to be able to access these control-grouped items (specifically contact permissions) via the API.
I added the control group to the our REST API user group, with edit rights, and assumed that this would give the user group visibility of those control-grouped items. But this hasn't worked.
What else do I need to do?
Any help really appreciated. I can't find much help in the documentation beyond the step I've completed.

An update on the solution in case anyone else ever comes across this:This was to do with a known defect in which control groups added against user groups in security are not automatically picked up. A recycle of the App pool solved the issue.best wishes
