This is the error message I'm getting when I try to login to the Dev. We rolled back to our back up yesterday due to failed service pack upgrade.
Sharon, if you haven't already please open a support ticket at hello@tessituranetwork.com and we can help you. This validation error that you are seeing is the result of an upgrade that didn't complete, and notifications for caching in the TessituraService (API) has not been restarted.
