I work on a PC at work but when at home I work on MAC. When on the MAC it gives me double windows, will auto shut down for no reason, or it will not process so I have to enter twice. Does anyone have this problem on a MAC desktop? Does Tessitura work better on a PC over a MAC?
Hey Veronica, are you on RAMP or self hosted.I know there are occasional issues with Citrix and MAC's, I would highly recommend you keep Citrix up to date, seems to update regularly. Currently I have no problems whatsoever but I have experienced things in the past like you've mentioned.
I also consistently use RAMP Tessitura Via Citrix on Macintosh. I don't seem to have more problems than my PC based colleagues.
Tom, do you use RAMP/Citrix on a MacPro? Is there anything specific I should look out for when helping a user get onto RAMP. Documentation isn't really MAC specific.
Apparently this is not specifically supported. Getting the latest version of the Citrix Workspace for mac Helps.
Other than that I'm not remembering any specific problems I'm having.
However, I am on the latest version of Mac OSx.
Some older versions do not work with modern Citrix Workspace.

I have issues with multiple screens making the window disappear at times.
We have that problem as well on both Windows and Macintosh computers.
Some times you have to call support to get this fixed.
