Hi Everyone,
I think it was at the last conference that I somehow signed up to receive text notifications of RAMP issues. Someone who is not staff of tessitura set this up and I now get texts whenever there is a RAMP issue and it is FANTASTIC. I have a couple of other team members who would also like to receive the notifications, but I can not for the life of me remember how I signed up or who set this up. Can anyone help me?

. You and I did not talk about this at Conference. However, I setup up something similar to this using a Basic https://zapier.com/ account. This uses the RSS Feed monitoring tool and email messaging. A payed account would get you the information faster.
What number do the texts come from? This isn't supported by the Network's own technology, so it is likely an integration consuming the RSS feed, like IFTTT or Zapier as Tom mentioned. You could probably Google the number to figure out which service it's from; Zapier's outgoing number, for example, is 573.535.5333.
Right. It’s not from tessitura as I said. It is RSS related but I signup via a google form that was set up by an org using tessitura. Now I can’t remem who and just want to sign up another staff member.
