I recently upgraded from TNEW 6 to TNEW 7 recently. The TNEW 7 admin site's content editor is not working(visible). So my question is, is it because the template is messing it up or is it something that is expected.
Hi Sudeep. It sounds like you might not have preview mode enabled. From your admin homepage, go to Site Setup > Version Upgrade and make sure the checkbox is checked for "v7 Preview Mode Enabled". That should give you the red pencil icons when viewing the front end of your site.
I have got the pen sign, but it is not functional. I am clicking on it and it is not bringing it to the editing page. Thanks for responding.
Hmm. I wonder if you have a javascript conflict. Its recommended that you do not include your own references to the main jQuery or Bootstrap libraries in your template as TNEW v7 packages those for you. If that doesn't help, please feel free to reach out to our support team by opening a TASK ticket and we can help you narrow down the issue.
I don't think I have any js or css references on the Template itself.
So, I think the best would be opening a TASK Ticket right??
Yes, that would be the best way for us to provide specific support and answers to why this is happening. Thank you!
