We have experienced more chargeback this season than in my total time at the RWB.
So I am wondering if you are dealing with the same, but I also would like to know if you are currently using the Address Verification System on TNew.
We tried it year and years ago, and it did not work for us especially for our International Students. But now I would like to take a second look at implementing for your Website Sales. So I am wondering if any of you are currently using it and it you have any any issues with it, or if any of your customers are having any issues.

I see that you cross posted to the Canadian Group. You are not alone on this one. It seems to be a larger issue with folks right now.
We are currently looking at some solutions, and can keep you posted.

I remember many moons ago, we turned AVS on at MTC during Fringe. We turned that off REALLY quick. Was kind of a disaster. But that was a long time ago and I am sure that the process has changed a lot since then.
We did the same, it was horrible. And you could turn it on in the Payment Methods tab in References. It no longer lives there and we did find it in T-New setting, but I am thinking it is not as simple as turning that on and there is a cost for it now. At least that is what I am reading into the documentation.
