Last year we used the renewal notices in Tessitura for the first time and had problems with the suggested contribution boxes. Does anyone use these who would be able to explain how you do it?

I'm trying to understand this from the rollover preparation because we messed it up last year.
Suggested Contributions: Suggested contributions can be calculated with customized database procedures and added to constituent subscription summaries and renewal notices. These values are for printing and reference only; they do not create actual contributions. If this feature will be used, you should determine the calculation logic for the contributions and adjust the customized procedures prior to running rollovers.
Justin and I don't really understand the documentation so I was wondering if anyone uses it and could tell us how they do.
