I'd make a post in the Facebook groups for the faculty of music at the U of M and CMU. I know at U of M anyway they have to go to a certain number of concerts a year, so perks would be very nice likely.
Good thought. Especially if we can catch alumni. Days are hard for current students.
You might get some with classes only on every other day though. Could be ideal for part timers.
