Hi all,
I know there are a few of us in the process of migrating to TMS. We are hoping to finally start moving forward, but we are extremely worried that UVA procurement will not sign the contract, since we are unable to make any addendums or changes. We are especially worried about them not signing since Adyen is not US-based. Has anyone had any luck with this, or has it been a barrier for anyone? If you'd rather chat via email/Zoom, please feel free to reach out to me at ppk3pe@virginia.edu.
I hope everyone has had a wonderful start to their New Year!
Best,
Olivia A.
We are in the same position here. I did a soft inquiry with our business office and they were not adverse to it but procurement is a different animal!
VA school here as well. We are in a consortium, and the process has been challenging to get procurement to accept the contract. The state cannot take on some of the liabilities of the contract, and Tessitura and Adyen refuse to budge on any of our redlines, so we are in a bit of a holding pattern as well. It's making us quite nervous because there will be no option to continue with a third party like Windcave. If I find anything else out, I will post about it. Lawyers are involved here for risk assessment I believe, so I hope we'll have some answers soon, or some course forward.
