Hello Everyone!
I hope you are having a fantastic week. I wanted to let you know that we are looking at two dates for the in-person meet-up in May. It will take place at the Virginia Museum of History & Culture in Richmond, VA. We thought that a Friday afternoon (2pm to 5pm) would be best. The VMHC will be re-opening to the public on May 14th and 15th so it will be an exciting month for us.
I think we will start with a tour of our newly renovated building, but please send me additional agenda items. Some ideas that I thought might be interesting are a v16 update, favorite tips and tricks, favorite dashboards, or a mini-presentation on x subject.
We'll also have some special Tessitura swag and one attendee will win a super special door prize!

CW people have a status update meeting the morning of the 20th, but the time would work.
Both dates work for me, just can only pick one option!
Shenandoah Conservatory's Symphony Orchestra tour to Chile was cancelled :( but now I might be able to join this meeting! The university's commencement programs are the weekend of May 20th, but we could be available for the 27th and possibly a few other dates.
Either date works for me!

We at VAF will be nearing the end of our season. The 20th is part of a busy weekend of shows. The 27th, of course is the start of Memorial Day weekend. We have a concert that morning in Williamsburg, and none the rest of the weekend. But then I guess a lot of folks want to be off that weekend. Anyway, thanks for planning this!
