I have a Tess ticketing question that I have struggling with for a while and I was hoping someone would be able to help me. When you are a customer purchasing a GA ticket online for Virginia Stage Company, a dropdown appears so that you can select how many tickets you would like to purchase. We have been doing a lot of workshops and events that only require one ticket per household, and that dropdown is beginning to confuse customers. Is there a way to either eliminate that dropdown feature or limit the number of seats a customer is allowed to purchase? I have attached an image of what I am talking about. I would imagine it would be attached to the mode of sale maybe, but I have not found anything. Any advice you have would be helpful! I would greatly appreciate it!
