There will be a UK Tessitura User Group (TUG) meeting via conference call on Thursday 3 October for any venues that would like to take part. This is a new quarterly call for all UK venues with participants from any department to discuss the general development of Tessitura in the UK. The agenda will vary from call to call so you may want to have a different person log into the call each time to participate depending on the subjects included in the meeting agneda.
We have put together the start of an agenda for the first meeting and hope that some of you have other items that you would like to discuss. We want to try and keep the meeting to 1 hour in length as we know everyone is busy so if you can submit any agenda items you would like to add by 13 September we will then put a full agenda together and send it out to everyone wanting to take part along with the log in instructions for the call. We are also hoping that we can arrange a meeting on the morning of the UK conference in November.
If you can let me know if you would like to attend the call we will create a list of attendees.
Agenda:
1. Households – who is using these and how
2. V12 planning and training
3. Tips and tricks – have you found an exciting solution to a problem?
4.
5.
6.
7. AOB
We hope that you can join us!
Nicola Cawkwell & Annie Scally

Great stuff!
Maybe the first session should have a little introduction - aims/goals/dreams/purpose of this get together!
I think we should discuss the UK Conference - any themes we would like to try and get covered.
Welcome to any newbies!
I will have had two MAC meetings by then so I will let you know closer to the time if there are any updates and you can add that.
Can't wait.
Kelly
For the v.12 (and 12.5!) point. We should discuss how are organisations feeling generally? Are they going to do the upgrade in two parts or all in one go next year? Maybe we can do a poll before hand or start a discussion on here about the pros and cons of each?
What do you think?
Kelly - do you reckon you would still be up for writing a little update from the MAC meetings. Perhaps for those who cant' make the conference call? I wouldn't mind circulating to some of our team (hosts) .
Not at all. I don't know if it's been discussed - notes from these calls - maybe just some bullet points of what was discussed, but I can add any notes from the MAC meetings to that. To then be circulated.
