We would like to have a show and tell session on web or digital innovation. That could be challenges that you’ve had to address on the web and how you’ve addressed them, for example web site performance at peak booking periods is an issue many of us have had. What about digital strategy? Has anybody developed and implemented a successful digital strategy or is there such a thing? Isn’t it just business strategy conducted through digital media? Or could you describe a totally new approach that you’ve adopted as the Royal Opera House have with their website?
