Capscan are a leading supplier of address management solutions who were recently contacted by The Bridgewater Hall. TBH wanted a highly functional but cost-effective postcode and address lookup solution that could be integrated into both their box office and ticketing website. Consulting with TBH on their exact requirements, Capscan were able to provide a transaction based solution as an alternative to a per user or per server licence. The Software was configured to work directly with Tessitura and is seamlessly integrated into the website. With this configuration work completed, Capscan will be providing an overview of the project, the work done at TBH and how we can assist other Tessitura users with their Name and Address data issues.
