We're looking for a way to set-up termly education classes, so that they appear on the correct days each week on our website and so that they can be reported on by the finance team. At the moment, we set up one event per term, at the end of the term, as this allows us to capture those who join the class later in the term and it is less work than setting up lots of separate events. However, this means that the class only shows on the end date of the term on the website and in the Tessitura calendar.
Does anyone in the UK use a system that would allow us to set them up as described in the first line, without having to create separate events?
