I’m organising the Ticketing Specialist Group Discussion for 4-5.30pm on 17th November. This will be an informal discussion where you can meet other Ticketing Managers, bring to the table any areas you would like to know more about, find inspiration and hopefully find solutions for those ticketing issues you may have.
I'd like this session to be as useful and relevant as possible to the people attending. If you are planning on coming, please suggest topics that you would like to know more about so that we can discuss them. Also if your organisation are doing something innovative that you think would be of interest, or have just introduced a tessitura feature, no matter how big or small, feel free to share it!
