Is anyone using Tessitura to log their lost property? If so could we speak to someone about how you've set it up?

We haven't started the process yet but it's on my to do list! We are intending to create a Lost Property constituent and then all lost property will be logged through CSIs in this constituent. Haven't really thought about it much further than that but it will hopefully mean a smoother process for the searching customer!
I'd be interested to hear any other ideas

I am sure that Glyndebourne are usign CSI's to log lost property. I seem to remember Donna talking about them in the Advacne CSI session at the UK Conference held at the National Theatre.

Hi, yes we do.
We have four constituents - Lost Property May-June, Lost Property July-Aug and two Found Property to match. We have rules about how the CSI should be written, date and performance believed to have lost, brief description in upper case etc. Generally it works very well.
