Hi All.  We are considering changing our calendar system to Artifax.

Is there anyone on here already using Artifax? I wanted to know a bit more about the integration it has with Tess and find out any other tips with regards to implementation and the practicalities of having the two systems working alongside each other.

    Hi Lianna, 

    We at the Southbank Centre have been using Artifax many years.
    It is a nice software with good technical support! 

    However, we have not been using the integration between the two systems up until now - but we are looking to change this in the future.

    Seems like the integration is an overnight synchronisation process that is handled with a third piece of software.

    The Artifax Tessitura Link (also known as the ATL) is an application that creates and maintains links between data in an ArtifaxEvent installation and a Tessitura installation. 

    The link enables users to:

    • create linked Tessitura performances from Artifax events
    • view Tessitura sales data in Artifax
    • create linked Artifax entity records from Tessitura constituents
    • create linked Tessitura constituents from Artifax entities
    • create new linked constituents and entities from within the link

    There is a nightly synchronisation that updates

    • sales figures in ArtifaxEvent for linked performances in Tessitura
    • contact details when a linked Entity/Constituent is updated in either application

    When linked events are updated in Artifax, the ArtifaxEvent Tessitura Link can be configured to only create a CSI record in Tessitura with the nightly synchronization, or to also update the linked performance in Tessitura directly.
