We’re keen to secure EU representation for Tessitura’s 2023 Community DEAI (Diversity, Equity, Accessibility and Inclusion) Advisory Committee, and I'm pleased to say that applications are now open! This advisory committee plays a valuable role in DEAI content creation for Tessitura events, participates in Tessitura affinity groups, monitors and responds to posts in the DEAI forum, and serves as a channel for feedback and communication between Tessitura and the community.
For 2023, 4 new members will be seated on the committee and join 4 current members from the 2022 advisory committee. Committee members serve a two-year term and are expected to:- Attend four quarterly two-hour meetings per year- Respond to group emails- Participate in DEAI content curation and/or creation meetings, as needed- Participate in Tessitura affinity groups, as a co-chair of a group or active participant- Monitor the DEAI Forum and respond to forum posts- Agree to and follow our code of conductCompensation for time and emotional labour will be US $500-equivalent per year, paid bi-annually.
