Hi folksWe are just setting off on our Tessitura implementation journey here at Tate, so this is my first post here (hello!) and I hope I get a chance to meet and work with many of you over the coming months and years.Of the many questions flying around in my head which I'm trying to find a way of pinning down, the one I'm most keen to get right as early as possible is that of governance and ongoing management. The team at TN tell me that the most successful implementations are the ones in organisations with a strong internal group looking after Tessitura, acting as champions for it within the business, managing process change, and developing its roadmap. It seems to me the best time to forge this group is during our implementation - getting the right people together now will help build a real sense of ownership and make sure the project team is supporting requirements as best we can.I'd love to hear from you as to how you structure and run your governance - do you have a Tessitura Management Group or similar? Do you split it into working and steering groups? Is it part of a wider digital and/or data management conversation within your organisation, or does it run as a more standalone operation? Who comes to the meetings, and how do you run them?If anyone is able to share what works well for them (or even what was tried but didn't work!) I'd be very grateful. If you'd prefer to talk one-to-one then you can email me directly on jon.haworth@tate.org.uk, or equally I'd be delighted to have a chat over Zoom. If you're in or around London I'm also very happy to meet up in the flesh and buy you a coffee, lunch, or a drink after work. Thanks all and hope you're having a lovely weekend,CheersJon
Hi Jon,
Somehow I'm only just now joining this group. Having just come out of our very long implementation we're now well into BAU and we're launching our ongoing working group for Dev. I'm happy to have another chat with you at anytime if there is more we can do to help now that you're further along. I think you've got my email already! Hope all is well!!
Jenna
Thanks Jenna! It would be great to catch up, I'll drop you an email. I suspect I owe you several coffees by now :)
