We’re exploring adding the Special Seat Notifcation plug in to allow Accessible tickets to be purchased on TNEW. After attending the digital conference the other week a few organisations said that it does require some follow up calls, particularly on hot ticket shows where people will just book them because it’s the only availability.
How have you found it?
Is anyone willing to share any tips/tricks for the planning and implementing that you found useful? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Amber, feel bad in responding in the sense that I don't have an answer to your question, however we use a custom website and are transitioning to TNEW end of 2021 / early 2022. Our current website is not the best at handling access tickets and requirements to be fair, we've had to do a decent amount to try and make it work for us in that respect. Therefore, seeing what TNEW can offer would be great for our organisation, get ourselves ahead of the game as it were. Thus in a similar boat to you, but as non-TNEW users looking to implement
