We are thinking of selling pre-order Interval Drinks through Tessitura both for groups and individual bookings. We've got numerous bars located around the Centre and so customers would use the bar which is located nearest their seats. I'm wondering if there is a snazzy way of linking seat location to a new bar facility, or whether this would be a manual judgement of our staff member and then how this would work online? Or alternatively we could set it up as an unreserved venue and use the ticket as a voucher to be redeemed in the bar of their choice.
Does anyone else sell interval drinks via Tessitura and what advise would you give?
Hi Liz,
We sometimes sell programmes through tess, and we do it as an unreserved venue which spits out a ticket to be redeemed at the bar/on the door, etc. It’s worked really well for us!
Cheers,
Kathleen
