One of the discussion sessions we had in Nottingham last week focussed on upcoming changes around Data Protection in the EU and the Arts Council 15 - 18 NPO grant condition for data sharing. In the session we said we would start a thread on the Network website to continue the discussion we had at the conference and specifically to further develop ideas around the best way to comply with the data sharing condition. This thread is to help support that discussion.

Hello all,
I've done some work on a solution for data sharing in Tessitura using contact point preferences (and a little bit of custom work for audit purposes). It would be good to get some feedback on it so we can put together a solution we can take to ACE to make sure it meets their requirements. Please can you post feedback here (before Friday 04 December).
This solution will require some additional work to make it work online, and we would need to make sure that it works with our current data sharing solutions.
