Hi everyone!
For those of you lucky enough to be attending TLCC15 in Orlando we have requested a more private space for our EuTUG Lunch meeting at 12.30pm – 1.30pm on Monday. The room is Palazzo D and we will be sharing it with the Southern Ontario user group. Lunch will be available in the room as well.
This will be an informal getting to know you session putting names to faces and looking at how we move forward with the EuTUG. Come and share your ideas for agenda items and Topic TUG sessions along with questions, how we build on the conference call meetings and things you would like to learn/people you would like to meet. Get your thinking caps on!
Most groups will be in the Mediterranean Ballroom which is nearby. A couple of other groups have also opted for a more private setting as you can see indicated above. We will have signage outside the rooms directing people and will also have several network staff available in the Ballroom to redirect if necessary. As of today we have 71 registered attendees from the EU, 15 are also registered for the Executive Track which will be gathering for a lunch at the same time in Palazzo A-C.
