The next Topic TUG will be discussing FOH and Customer Service on Thursday 19 March 2pm. I have uploaded an agenda, if there are any items you would like to add or anything on the agenda that you think you do well, have problems with or are working on please let me know.
We will send out the login details for the call and also post them on the forum closer to the time.
