Join this Week's Conversations: Open Studio, TUG, and Pop-Up Skill Builder

Good morning friends,

I hope that you'll be able to join a few events over the next two days designed to keep you in touch with the future development of Tessitura Network technology, connected to our Tulsa community, and informed about how to use new functionality in the recent v15.1.13 release we have installed in our LIVE database.

It starts tomorrow at 11 AM Central with the Open Studio, August 2020 webinar. This new webinar program will showcase some of the new technology being worked on for the Tessitura Community. This month the focus will be on Roadmap updates along with an intro to v16 and the new user interface. Attendees will get a look behind the curtain at system tables, reports, and gated content. You can register for the webinar at this link: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/Items/Videos/webinars/2020/Open_Studio_August_2020?_ga=2.157600314.1480623710.1596998536-1343615453.1586797578

After that webinar, we'll convene our "Tulsatura" TUG Meeting for August 2020 starting tomorrow at 3 PM Central. We'll again be using the Lean Coffee Table format to generate conversation topics, and you are encouraged to visit this link: https://www.leancoffeetable.com/TaskBoard/View/6967c9fa-74d0-4a7c-a02f-9a1ca5032256?guest=true to enter conversation topics before the meeting begins if any come to mind. Note that it may be handy to have the Lean Coffee Table open during the Open Studio webinar to share any conversation topics that you'd like to spend more time on with our local community and TAMC staff. Full TUG event details can be found at this link: https://community.tessituranetwork.com/local_tessitura_user_groups/tulsa_tessitura_users/c/e/516

Finally, there will be a Pop-Up Skill Builder: Auto-Attend starting at 8 AM Central on Thursday detailing how to use new functionality related to ticket attendance. We just installed v15.1.13 in our LIVE database this morning, so we all have access to this functionality and could follow along during the training session. Here's some more information on this session:

The v15.1.13 service pack includes new auto-attend functionality for tickets, which allows tickets purchased in certain modes of sale to be marked Attended at the time of sale, with or without the printing of physical tickets. In this pop-up skill builder, we’ll walk through the setup of auto-attend functionality, planning considerations for its use, and how to transition from custom processes or workarounds you may already be using for similar functionality.

You can register for the Pop-Up Skill Builder here: https://www.tessituranetwork.com/en/Items/Videos/Webinars/2020/PopUpSkill_AutoAttend?_ga=2.157600314.1480623710.1596998536-1343615453.1586797578

I hope to see you in some of these sessions over the next few days, and I look forward to the developing conversation around the tools we use and will have access to in the future.

Thank you,

Brian
