We've had a few people reach out with system errors this morning and have submitted a support ticket to Tessitura. Here's the response we received:
We have confirmed an interruption in the Hosted Environment and are currently working to restore to normal operations. Web processing is not affected. Please refer to the Status page for updated information.
Once we receive a further update, we will communicate that out to everyone via this forum.

All services have been restored and the Hosted Environment is now operating normally. Please refer to the Status page for more information and resolution to the issue. If you are still experiencing an issue please update the ticket and we will investigate further.
