We have temproarily locked down access to Tessitura On te Go due to a control grouping issue recently discovered. We are working to find a solution ASAP in order to restore access as soon as we can.

Support will be installing a fix for this issue on Thursday evening around 6PM.
You DO NOT need to be logged out of the system for this install, however you may notice that you are briefly unable to access reports around the 6PM timeframe.
Once completed we will test On The Go functionality and restore user access to this user group.
The hot fix has been installed, and the control grouping issues appears to be resolved. We have restored access to On the Go to the appropriate user groups.
